RESPONSIBILITES
As a President for RWI Construction Services Inc, in the Phoenix area, Reed Whipple oversees all aspects of project administration, from preliminary estimating, negotiated and hard bid estimates through the project close-out.

He manages the scheduling, tracking of job costs, and coordination of basic design plans and administration of project accounting. His role in day-to-day management of the work encompasses authorizing issuance of contracts, purchase orders and change orders; approving contractor invoices for payment; and monitoring work performed by Subcontractors daily on current construction projects.

Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, financial management and project administration from preliminary estimating, negotiated and hard bid estimates through project close-out. This includes scheduling, tracking of job costs, coordination of basic design plans and administration of project accounting. Reed Whipple oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects,

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Previously to Starting RWI Construction services, Inc, Reed Whipple was a Project Manager with Johnson Carleir in Phoenix for 3 years and Prior to that he spent 3 years with DPR Construction and has more than 14 years of experience in construction in the Phoenix area.

Reed brings a diverse background in Tenant Improvement, build-to-suit, and has done several Clean Room Construction projects for the Semiconductor Industry.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Previously Mr. Ver Straten was a Project Manager/Senior Superintendent with Jokake Construction in Phoenix for 10 years and brings more than 20 years of experience in construction.

He brings a diverse background in Tenant Improvement, build-to-suit, shell construction projects, education and institutional tenant improvement projects from construction planning through close out. Before joining Jokake Construction, he served as Senior Superintendent for Clark Commercial Builders in Mesa , Arizona , where he supervised all facets of the project with client relations, scheduling, sub-contracts and City coordination in Arizona .
